Remote Bilingual Account Manager (insurance)


Remote Bilingual Account Manager for thriving personal insurance firm located in Yakima WA. Will join small team of successful colleagues and assist existing clients with current policies in addition to growing existing accounts. Must be bilingual, English/Spanish. Insurance experience is required. $40K - $55K base range DOE + performance bonuses/incentives + strong benefits + incentives for additional certifications etc.

Remote Bilingual Account Manager (insurance) Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 /annually
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:30pm)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in English and Spanish, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing ongoing support, policy renewals, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance coverage, advising on necessary adjustments or additional coverage.
  • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure clients’ needs are met. Will be expected to retain clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Will communicate over the phone, via email and in person.
  • Keep records/comments of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Coordinate with the Agency Owner to provide assistance in determining proper coverage.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or complex customer interactions to senior team members.
  • Perform risk analysis and field underwriting.
  • Client/Claims liaison

Remote Bilingual Account Manager (insurance) Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish
  • Insurance experience required
  • Must have Property & Casualty license 
  • Must complete Life & Disability class and licensing within 90 days of employment if not already licensed
  • Strong communications skills, verbal and written
