Parks Maintenance
A local client is looking for a motivated self starter to assist in the upkeep of our parks!

Parks Maintenance Details:
Temporary position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Performs routine custodial duties relating to park facilities
- Cleans public bathrooms
- Removes and cleans graffiti and vandalism
- At closing time, lock bathrooms at all city parks and gates
- Remove trash and debris from walkways, culverts, stairways, roadways, planters, and parking
- Clean play areas and equipment, surfaces, marinas, and outdoor seating areas
- Remove trash from receptacles, play and seating areas, marinas, and grounds
- Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
Parks Maintenance Qualifications:
- Valid OR Driver's License and 5 years of clean driving history is REQUIRED
- Maintenance/Landscaping experience
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work outside during all weather conditions
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
