First Shift Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain documentation of repairs and inspections.
- Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and installations as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized maintenance area.
- Communicate effectively with production staff and management regarding equipment status.
First Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, with basic electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Skilled with hand and power tools; welding and fabrication experience a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
