Fabricator/Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Fabricate and manufacture heavy-duty metal parts for precision-fit assembly in oilfield equipment
- Interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact measurements and specifications
- Perform strong, clean welds using MIG, TIG, or Stick techniques, meeting high standards for strength and durability
- Conduct rigorous inspections and testing to verify weld integrity, structural tolerance, and performance
- Support the assembly and repair of large-scale, mission-critical equipment used in oil and gas operations
Fabricator/Welder Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 5 years of welding experience, ideally in oilfield, energy sector, or heavy industrial environments
- Advanced blueprint reading skills, including oilfield-specific schematics and welding symbols
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, with experience in heavy steel fabrication, structural welding, and pressure-rated components
- Skilled in grinding, cutting, and finishing metals to meet strict tolerances for high-performance oilfield equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
