Maintenance Tech
Our Mentone client is seeking a 1st Shift Maintenance Tech to assist with building and machinery maintenance projects. This is a temp-to-hire position with pay based on experience. The client is only looking for applicants who are interested in long-term employment.

Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist the lead maintenance tech with the building and machinery maintenance projects.
- Maintenance of building and machinery that manufactures industrial springs, agricultural springs, & equipment springs.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to juggle many projects and prioritize
- Must be very familiar with and can perform all maintenance and repairs on: Gears, gear boxes, drive shafts, and bearings.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical machinery of various types, air compressor systems, electric motors
- Must have basic knowledge of industrial wiring, machine software, plc’s, computer boards, hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Additional skills that will be helpful include various types of welding, basic machining and computer literacy
- Ability to read and use measuring devices
- Ability to stand for shift and lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb, and reach
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required
- MUST have good attendance.
