Customer Service Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual ready to advance beyond entry-level roles. As an Inside Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and contributing to our company's success.
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Engage with customers in person and over the phone.
- Follow up on leads and educate customers about our apparel offerings.
- Consult with customers to suggest products at multiple price points.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory tracking, including purchase order receivables.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Prior work experience, especially in customer service, account management, or sales.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively present products and address customer needs.
- Detail-Oriented: Organized and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport and deliver solutions with a positive attitude.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining professionalism.
