Customer Service Call-Center Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Handle inbound calls from customers placing concrete orders for various job sites and regions.
- Accurately enter orders into the dispatch system, ensuring all specifications and delivery details are correct.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to confirm scheduling and delivery timelines.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays, changes, or updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, builders, and internal teams.
- Resolve customer issues or concerns quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Customer Service Call-Center Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or call center environment.
- Strong communication — both verbal and written.
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry; familiarity with order management or dispatch systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
