Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
As a Fabricator, you will be making rubber hoses. Duties also include picking, packing, and shipping to customers in an accurate and timely manner. You will also be working with machines available to cut and fabricate final custom products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fabricates rubber into strips, rolls, sheets, gaskets, etc.
- Fabricates hose assemblies (Teflon, rubber, metal, etc.) and completes pressure testing.
- Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
- Sorts and places materials or items according to inventory procedures.
- Picks (pulling material), packs (packaging or palletize), and ships products per job instructions.
Fabricator Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One to two years related experience or equivalent (preferred)
- Completes basic blue print reading.
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements (familiarity with fraction and decimal formats from 1/32" to 2")
- Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods
- Forklift experience/certification preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
