Coating Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Prepare product for coating by cleaning with high pressure air.
- Operate coating equipment such as spray guns, rollers, or other application tools while wearing a full-body suit and face mask.
- Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to chemical drums.
- Apply coatings to products, ensuring uniform coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor coating process parameters and adjust as needed to meet quality requirements.
- Conduct inspections on coated products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Coating Technician Qualifications:
- Must be able and willing to wear a full body suit with face mask.
- Proven experience as a Coating Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of coating materials, application techniques, and industrial best practices.
- Bending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, crouch, talk, hear, and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.
- Must be okay with exposure to moderate noise levels, vibrations, and bright lights; and exposure to dust, fumes, and gases; and all climate types including hot and cold temperatures, humidity, rain, snow, etc.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
