AL Field Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSunday from 07:00am to12:00pm )
- AL Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers.
- identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.Wear PPE and observe HSE policies
AL Field Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Work extended amount of hours
- Ability to Stand for a 12-hour shift
- 3 years of specific experience as ESP Field Specialist
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
