Quality Tech- Bilingual
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bilingual Quality Control / Receiving Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, food-grade manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring that all incoming materials meet our high standards for safety, compliance, and quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food production, understands GMP compliance, and has a demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and organization in warehouse settings.

Quality Tech- Bilingual Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Receive and sample all incoming raw materials and packaging to ensure conformance with specifications
- Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure compliance with CFR 117 and company SOPs
- Perform trailer inspections, ATP testing, and basic facility monitoring (e.g., temperature checks)
- File and maintain quality documentation in an organized and accurate manner
- Communicate and coordinate with Quality, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure operational alignment
- dentify and report any non-conformance, assist with incident documentation
Quality Tech- Bilingual Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, warehousing, or quality control
- Working knowledge of GMPs and food safety requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures with consistency and attention to detail
- Able to work in an environment with food allergens and perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
