Accounts Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process vendor invoices and employee expenses using Sage accounting software
- Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices for accuracy before payment
- Review and verify vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Maintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies by communicating with suppliers and internal departments.
- Assist with month-end close by preparing AP accruals and reconciling accounts
- Monitor AP aging reports and follow up on outstanding issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure data accuracy in FieldCap entries.
- Other duties to be assigned
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Sage experience highly preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
