Fiberglass Machine Operator
We’re seeking reliable and hard-working Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Rochester. In this role, you’ll operate winding machines to produce fiberglass basins.

Fiberglass Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Operate and monitor fiberglass winding machines
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure machines are functioning properly
- Perform basic machine adjustments, changeovers, and maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols
- Weigh and document finished products; operate a forklift (certification required or provided)
- Work overtime as scheduled and assist team members and supervisors as needed
Fiberglass Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately count and perform basic math
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be dependable with good attendance
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus
- Forklift certification preferred (can be obtained on the job)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
