Bi-lingual Picker/Packer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Picking: Locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verifying: Confirming the accuracy of order quantities and item details.
- Packing: Securely packing items into boxes or containers, ensuring they are protected for transit.
- Labeling: Applying labels to packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Shipping: Organizing and preparing packages for delivery, including loading onto trucks or pallets.
- Quality Control: Inspecting items for damage or defects before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and updating the system as needed.
Bi-lingual Picker/Packer Qualifications:
- Must be bi-lingual
- Attention to Detail: Accurately picking and packing items, ensuring they match the order list.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move boxes and other items, potentially weighing up to 40-50 lbs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving issues with orders or shipments.
- Communication Skills: Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Basic Skills: Reading, writing, and basic math skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment is often preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
