Memorial Services Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Assemble customized memorial folders and cards with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of video tributes, ensuring quality and sensitivity to family requests.
- Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Provide coverage for receptionist duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, and managing front desk tasks as needed.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the memorial preparation area.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and timelines.
Memorial Services Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft word, required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emotional situations with empathy and discretion.
- Flexibility to assist in multiple roles as needed.
