We are searching for skilled and experienced cooks for a graveyard shift at a food manufacturing company in White City!

Food Production Cooks Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 20.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00pm to06:30am )
• Always follow good work habits, adherence to procedures, company rules and safety practices.
• Perform cooking and batching of all recipes according to standard procedures and batch sheet instructions.
• Check all ingredients and in-process foods, sauces and mixes for correct texture, taste, smell and appearance.
• Understand and be able use all batch sheets and follow standard procedure. Ensure that all item information (including lot numbers, MO numbers, quantities and batch numbers) is filled into batch sheets correctly and legibly.
• Ensure correct tag labeling and storage procedures are being followed.
Food Production Cooks Qualifications:
- This position is very physical, must be able to lift 75+lbs over your head for the entire shift
- Reliable transportation to White City during graveyard hours, does not run on bus line
- Previous experience working graveyard shift and cooking or prepping food required
- Must have a clear understanding of basic Math and Reading.
- Able to pass a math test with a score of at least 80% or higher
- Regular Attendance Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
