Hoist Welder - MIG
Winamac company seeking 1st Shift MIG Welders to prep and mount hoists onto roll out trucks. Must have previous welding experience. Pay ranges $20-$22 per hour.

Hoist Welder - MIG Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble, mount, adjust and test mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment – truck mounted roll-off hoists
- Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Mount hoist on truck: drilling, bolting, welding, plumbing, wiring
- Test mechanical products and equipment after assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
Hoist Welder - MIG Qualifications:
- The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, stoop, and kneel throughout the duration of the shift.
- Steel toed shoes required.
- Knowledge in welding, drilling, use of pneumatic tools, use of fixtures and instructions, blueprint reading and understanding, use of overhead cranes, routing and plumbing hydraulics
- Following are advantages:
- Post-Secondary Certificate - awarded for training completed after high school: ASE, welding, truck or vehicle maintenance
- Proven experience in upfitting or vocational body building
- Truck maintenance mechanic knowledge
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
