General Machine Operator – 1st Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up, operate, and monitor wire-forming or fabrication machines to meet production goals
- Load raw wire, adjust feeds, and verify tooling settings for accuracy
- Inspect parts with calipers, gauges, and visual checks; record quality data
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation and adhere strictly to safety and 5S standards
General Machine Operator – 1st Shift Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read tape measures, basic blueprints, or production tickets
- Physical stamina: stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude; prior machine-operator experience is a plus
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
