Machine Operator – 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00pm )
- Load wire, set tooling, and operate automated forming machines to hit nightly production goals
- Monitor gauges, adjust settings, and troubleshoot basic equipment issues on the fly
- Inspect parts with calipers & tape measures; log quality data accurately
- Keep your area organized while following all safety and 5S standards
- Partner with maintenance and shift leads to keep operations running smoothly
Machine Operator – 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort around industrial machinery
- Ability to read production tickets or simple blueprints
- Physical stamina—stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude (prior machine-op experience a plus)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
