Machine Shop Helper Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Responsible for and the authority to maintain and promote a safe working environment in accordance with the appropriate HSE procedure(s).
- Responsible for and the authority to generate Non-compliance reports, corrective action and /or preventative actions in accordance with the appropriate operating procedure(s).
- Know how to operate forklifts to load and unload pipe from production racks.
- Confirm serial numbers from production order and assist operator in assuring proper connection is machined on each joint.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
- Understand proper grinding and buffing procedures.
- Responsible for quality of produced parts: check for end face, surface finish, broken inserts, steps in threads, etc.
Machine Shop Helper Qualifications:
- Responsible for prompt reliable attendance.
- Understand company principles and goals. Other duties as defined Production Manager
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
