A manufacture of frozen novelty desserts is looking to add a talented Production Lead to their 2nd shift. The Production Lead is responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all production associates.

Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Ensures the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated shift.
- Enforces all safety and processing procedures.
- Ensures security of facilities during designated shift hours.
- Ensures all shift associates are wearing their P.P.E equipment.
- Enables effective communications between management and operators
- Trains new employees and coach existing employees
- Maintains a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company protocol.
- Helps to disassemble and reassemble production line and equipment as necessary for cleaning.
- Oversees and ensures the floors are clean, free of debris, and rinsed thoroughly; removes and replaces equipment as needed to accommodate production set-up requirements.
- Ensures that all pieces of equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
Production Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a lead role within food or dairy manufacturing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience operating forklifts preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
