Project Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 28.85 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Manage all activities leading to the successful, timely, and safe completion of each project, sometimes multiple projects and deadlines.
- Manage the overall scheduling of each project; working with the project team to ensure project(s) are completed on time and all deadlines are met.
- Communicate with all divisions to ensure project efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure transparency, reporting and sharing of information effectively across all departments.
- Manage job cost reporting for all projects and monthly billing; including invoicing and pay applications.
- Promotes continuous improvement and contributes to company-wide polices, standards, and procedures.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- • The ideal candidate will have experience in the steel industry with structural and miscellaneous steel project management.
- Knowledge of AISC certification, structural codes and standards as well as AISC Practices, Rules, and Regulations regarding Steel Construction and Design.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Strong knowledge of structural steel materials, fabrication processes, and industry standards.
- Ability to calculate costs.
- Standard Construction Practices and Procedures from Award to Closeout.
- Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and both Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
