Billing Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
Duties:
- Administer the billing function to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices
- Support the Office Manager with various accounting-related tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department and support company financial goals
Billing Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
