Inside Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Engage and build relationships with new and existing customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals to exceed targets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Provide regular sales reporting and forecasts to management.
Inside Sales Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently or on a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
