Director of Food Service


The Director of Food Service is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service operations within Pepi Foods. This leadership role ensures high-quality meal preparation, exceptional customer service, and compliance with health, safety, and budgetary standards. The Director will manage staff, develop menus, maintain vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the dining experience while optimizing operational efficiency.

Director of Food Service Details:

  • Direct Hire position
  • $65,000.00 /annually
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Salaried

The Director of Food Service is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service operations within Pepi Foods. This leadership role ensures high-quality meal preparation, exceptional customer service, and compliance with health, safety, and budgetary standards. The Director will manage staff, develop menus, maintain vendor and client relationships, oversee budgets, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the dining experience while optimizing operational efficiency.


Director of Food Service Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field. ( Master's Degree preferred).

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in food service management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Food Safety Manager Certification.

Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other applications.

  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
