Our Walkerton client is seeking a 1st Shift Fab Team Lead to help in their door production facility.

Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- This position involves leading and supporting department employees by performing various manufacturing tasks, especially by filling in where needed. The Lead works with the supervisor or manager to assign and oversee personnel, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining quality standards across the department and plant.
- May receive additional incentive pay based on attendance and group achievements.
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previously forklift certified
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite required
- 1-3 Years departmental assembly required with proven experience.
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, stoop, and lift & carry up to 50 pounds throughout the duration of the shift.
- Overtime may be required, including some weekends
- Must be able to endure the manufacturing environment. Depending on the season, temperatures can be as cold as 50 degrees and as warm as 110 degrees.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
