Block Mold Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 02:00pm to02:30am )
- Set up and operate block molding machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality
- Inspect molded blocks for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
- Assist with packaging, stacking, or transporting finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Forklift experience
- Must be able to work overtime
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience in working in hot environments
Block Mold Operator Qualifications:
- Experience operating molding or manufacturing machinery (preferred but not always required)
- Machine Operation experience
- Forklift operator
- Basic mechanical skills – able to troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
- Familiar with safety protocols in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and good attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Must work overtime and flexible shifts is required 2am-2:30pm or 2pm-2:30am - this schedule will change
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
