Order Entry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Open, sort, label, log and organize incoming mail orders
- Identify incomplete customer orders
- Inspect impressions for accuracy, style, material, and any other options listed on the order•
- Research “remake” orders via computer data base
- Uses the Firefly data entry system to accurately enter order information, open, close and edit customer orders. Makes necessary corrections in Firefly.
- Verbally communicate order information accurately
- Perform a final accuracy inspection on all order forms (verify hard-copy order sheets against online data).
- Verify customer shipping and billing information and other associated information

Order Entry Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous mailroom experience preferred
- 2+ years of data entry, order entry experience preferred
- Customer service background a must
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for 8 hour shift is a requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
