Client Experience Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.62 to $ 24.03 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Some overnight travel and weekend work required
- Working some shows and events including setting up and breaking down
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing knowledgeable assistance and scheduling appointments in our CRM system
- Address and resolve concerns with a customer-first mindset, using creative problem-solving to deliver satisfying solutions
- Stay informed about our home improvement offerings, technologies, and services to confidently answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure client needs are met and workflows remain seamless
- Accurately document all customer touchpoints—including calls, appointments, feedback, and concerns—in our customer management software
- Collect feedback and relay it to appropriate departments to support product and service improvements
- Ensure all appointments are confirmed within 24 hours and follow up on past customer meetings or missed connections
- Participate in occasional trade shows, community events, and weekend promotions as needed
- Additional duties to be assigned
Client Experience Coordinator Qualifications:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience
- Bilingual is highly desired
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have auto insurance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
