Dispatch Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to01:30pm )
Duties:
- Monitor driver routes, ensure timeliness, and manage exceptions in both systems, including client follow-ups
- Complete daily DDRs within required timeframes
- Handle billing and backup billing tasks
- Answer incoming calls from drivers, clients, and customers
- Assist with scheduling completed orders Identify and resolve customer issues through research and clear communication
- Manage escalated orders in the medic shop
- Build strong relationships with clients, drivers, and customers
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone
- Work on client-specific reports (e.g., open orders, returns, EMC)
- Route outbound deliveries across Arizona
Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, including potential Saturday shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of reading, interpreting, and processing large volumes of information
- Ability to be crossed-trained into warehouse department (shipping/processing)
- Lifting to 50lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
