Warehouse Customer Service Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and orders
- Greet walk-in customers and provide prompt, professional assistance
- Accurately write up and process customer orders
- Pull and stage orders, including pipe and other materials, for pickup or delivery
- Operate a forklift safely to move, stock, and organize inventory
- Stock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and assist with cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and customer areas
- Perform general physical labor, including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs regularly
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Warehouse Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a warehouse, customer service, or order fulfillment role is a plus
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and work on your feet for 8+ hours
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
