Training Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:45pm )
Training Coordinator
- Lead and support four daily self-paced training sessions in a hands-on safety dojo environment
- Set up and close the dojo each day, keeping it clean, organized, and ready for learners
- Monitor trainee engagement, track attendance and completions, and manage class scheduling
- Perform light maintenance on equipment, including air compressor troubleshooting and cleaning headphones
- Foster a positive, distraction-free learning space by enforcing safety standards and company values
Training Coordinator Qualifications:
- No formal education requirements—training experience and a safety-first mindset are key
- Comfortable speaking to and guiding small groups (~12 people) through self-paced learning activities
- Friendly, approachable, and confident interacting with a wide range of team members
- Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., restarting computers, launching software, draining air compressor)
- Physically able to stand and walk throughout the day while maintaining a high-energy presence
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
