Shift Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
40.00 to $ 45.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughMonday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Supervise and support employees throughout the shift
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure goals are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Manage employee schedules and time-off requests
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational protocols
- Track inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and onboard new employees
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Rotating Shifts
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and basic software (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
