Warehouse Associate
Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for supporting shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. They handle tasks such as unloading trucks, checking merchandise, distributing orders, and participating in inventory counts.

Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to05:00pm )
- Shipping and Receiving: Assisting with the unloading of trucks, verifying incoming shipments, and matching purchase orders to sales orders.
- Inventory Management: Organizing and storing inventory, performing inventory counts, and updating records to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Reading customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items for distribution, assembly, and shipping.
- Material Handling: Utilizing equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools as needed.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and the ability to learn new applications, are often required.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills are highly valued.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are important for interacting with team members, drivers, and potentially customers.
- Solid math skills can be beneficial.
- Physical Requirements: The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled is essential.
