Serve as customer service representative to client companies and interview candidates for

placement on job assignments. Exercise independent judgment and discretion when hiring

candidates, identifying candidates for placement on specific job assignments and in counseling

and terminating temporary associates. Ensure associates meet or exceed clients expectations with respect to attendance, attitude, dress, skills, and quality of work.  Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.

General Responsibilities as an Oil & Gas Recruiter include:

  • Develop recruitment strategies that ensure sufficient resources to meet client needs
  • Enter appropriate information into employee records in Staff Suite in a timely manner
  • Understand and communicate company and client policies to all associates placed on assignment
  • Make progress calls routinely to existing clients
  • Maintain 100% compliance with all client service delivery terms and conditions
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and comply with them
  • in all work activities
  • Monitor and respond to job seeker inquiries in an expeditious manner
  • Data mining applicant database to re-engage applicants
