Bilingual Call Center Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.53 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSaturday )
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Monday - Friday: 9:00a-5:30p
- Tuesday -Saturday: 11:30a-8:00p
- Monday - Friday: 1:00p-930p
- 2hrs mandatory OT required when needed
- Hybrid work schedule offered after completion of onsite training
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints
- Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Bilingual Call Center Rep Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
