The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.

Maintenance Tech Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 05:45pm to06:00am )
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to prevent equipment failure and ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment or systems and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist with emergency response efforts and provide support during equipment breakdowns or facility-related emergencies.
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
*Requires an on-site iv prior to placement*
- 2 – 3 years, as a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently and perform effective repairs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
