Description
Injection Molding Technician
Responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molding equipment to produce high-quality cable over molded parts and harnesses in compliance with production standards.

Injection Molding Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
20.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to05:00pm )
- Prepare and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Diagnose, adjust, and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect molded parts for defects and adherence to quality standards, adjusting as necessary to maintain product consistency.

- Install, inspect, and maintain molds and related tooling, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production output.
Injection Molding Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Injection Molding Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of plastic resins, molding processes, and tooling.
- Proficiency with operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and cable equipment
- Basic knowledge of electronics, including wiring, connectors, and testing principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, continuity testers, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Understanding of production drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
