Cable Technician Details:

• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

We are seeking a skilled Cable Molding Technician/Engineer with hands-on experience in cablemolding and a foundational knowledge of electronics.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role inensuring the manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance of molded cable products and harnesses.

Cable Molding Operations

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot cable molding equipment to produce high-quality molded products.

Ensure proper material handling and preparation for molding processes.

Monitor equipment performance and maintain molding parameters to meet productspecifications.

Electronics Integration: Inspect and assemble cable components with embedded electronic parts. Test continuity, insulation, and performance of cables using standard electronic test equipment.

Quality Assurance: Perform visual and functional inspections to verify conformity to specifications.

Record and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.

Assist in resolving any quality or performance issues during production.

Maintenance and Safety: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding and cable equipment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

 Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and resolve technical issues.

Document process adjustments, test results, and production reports.
