Must be an Experienced Maintenance/Mechanical Technician who will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment, supporting both skilled trades staff and production teams. This role REQUIRES  hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Must have a high school diploma and an updated resume with work experience on hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics.

 (Compounder) prepares and mixes batches of personal care products to maintain a continuous flow to the production and packaging lines. This role follows computer-generated formulas and production schedules while safely handling raw materials, including hazardous materials. The technician performs mixing, equipment setup, tank and line cleaning, and job changeovers while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the production process. The position also supports production teams, communicates with supervisors on scheduling needs, and assists other departments when required.

Sets up, operates, and monitors computer-controlled machines to produce precision metal or plastic parts, typically working in manufacturing environments. Responsibilities include loading materials, reading blueprints, making tool offsets, and conducting quality inspections. Common skills include blueprint reading, measuring with micrometers/calipers, and basic math.
