Oil & Gas Chemical Material Handler Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00am )
The Oilfield Chemical Warehouseman will be responsible for managing the efficient and safe operation
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming chemical shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Prepare and package chemical orders for timely and accurate delivery to clients.
- Monitor and update order status, providing timely information to relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for the handling and storage of chemicals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in regular equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to coordinate workflow and meet customer demands.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding shipments and order status.
Oil & Gas Chemical Material Handler Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in warehouse management is a plus.
- 2 plus years of proven experience as a warehouseman in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate material handling equipment.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
