Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
Prepare automated printed circuit board “PCB” assembly line to run a job orderincluding proper programming and operating of a solder paste screen printer,multiple pick & place machines, reflow oven and associated conveyors• Set up of pick & place line for the capability to handle the particular job order• Occasionally loading the feeders containing component reels in the proper positionon the pick & place machine• Verification of the program, revision level and accuracy required for the machine toproduce a quality product• In-process inspection of populated printed circuit board• Manual assembly of the electronic components that the machine is unable to placeon the board.• Oven profile generation
Machine Operator Qualifications:
Two year associates degree in electronics or equivalent
• Qualified candidate will be highly motivated and mechanically inclined
• Process oriented individual with strong organizational skills
• Individual must be a dependable, conscientious person willing to work overtime when necessary
• Excellent organizational and reasoning skills • Ability to focus on tasks; detail oriented
• Positive attitude and self-motivated • Ability to work well with others; team-oriented
• Working knowledge of computers Pluses
• Knowledge of electronics components in particular surface mount components and packages
• Prior experience working with “PCB” assembly machines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
