Seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician in Hobbs, NM.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds work/Landscaping.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property management staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager or supervisor.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Flooring
- Painting
- Electrical
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
