Journeyman Machinist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Inspects work, in progress and completed, to ensure conformance to specifications
- Support other manufacturing departments with fixturing, tooling, and design
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems
- Works closely with engineering team for new product development and design review
- Performs related work as required including programming through CAD/CAM software
- Other responsibilities, as assigned
Journeyman Machinist Qualifications:
- 10 + years of experience as a machinist in both manual and CNC machines
- Computer-aided machining experience with the MasterCam program
- Thorough knowledge of blueprints and standard machining symbols
- Ability to meet the physical requirements typical of this position
- Strong Oral and Written Communications skills/ability
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
