2nd&3rd Shift Maintenance Tech- Contract to Hire Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
28.00 to $ 31.25 / hour Various shifts available
- PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting (including Ladder Logic)
- Troubleshoot integrated circuits and control circuits
- Interpret advanced electrical and blueprint/schematics
- Read general pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- Basic pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
- Perform & diagnose hydraulic leaks and PMs
- Wire control circuits for 5, 12, 24 and 120 volts Size motor starters and overloads for applications
- Advanced welding: MIG, TIG, and Stick/Braze
- Advanced pneumatic circuit design
- Building maintenance – plat lighting, compressors, and emergency lighting
- Bending conduit and pulling wire
- Installation and setup of motor contractors and VFDS
2nd&3rd Shift Maintenance Tech- Contract to Hire Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; Technical degree preferred 4+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance (required)
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Background in an automotive facility highly preferred
- Ability to read mold designs and blueprints
- Familiarity with IATF/TS 16949 and ISO standards Experience operating an overhead crane and a forklift
- Ability to operate shop equipment such as hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented individual who can work effectively both individually and with a team
