Construction Office Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Serve as the point of contact between the office and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the office complies with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Manage safety documentation and training records for the office and field employees.
- Oversee the purchasing of construction materials, equipment, and office supplies.
- Ensure that all purchases are within budget and meet the required specifications.
Construction Office Manager Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of construction processes, terminology, and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Experience coordinating between office and field operations.
- Managing payroll for workers overall.
