Equipment Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Installation of underground utility pipes
- Covering pipes with earth or other materials
- Ensure pipes are properly aligned, leveled, and plumbed during installation
- Dig trenches to correct specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine pipe layout and installation requirements
- Ability to set up and inspect equipment daily
- Capability to complete online daily equipment inspectionsAbility to make adjustments and perform minor repairs to equipment if needed
Equipment Operator Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years experience with excavation and underground utilities
- 3+ years of heavy power equipment experience (Track Hoe, Dozer, Skid Steer, and/or Loader)
- Comfortable getting in/out of equipment throughout the day
- Comfortable being part of a team and a team player
- Demonstrating personal integrity, resilience, and respect for others
- Ability to communicate well under pressure
- Follow OSHA regulations as well as company safety policies and procedures
- Physical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Climb, Bend, Twist, Move Throughout the Day
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
