Admissions Support Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to07:00pm )
Schedule:
- Must be available to work between the hours of 6:00AM-7:00PM. Shift scheduled will be based on time-zone assignment.
Duties:
- Taking primarily outbound calls
- Reach out to potential students, connect them with the campus in their area
- Setting on campus appointments
- Overcoming student objections to drive them to the next step
- Creating a great first impression
- Driving the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Admissions Support Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Experience with computers and programs
- Ability to multi-task between phone and data entry
- Ability to be high energy thought the call
Schedule:
- Must have open availability between the hours of 6:00AM - 7:00PM. (Will be scheduled 8 hours between those times)
- Must be available 8:00AM - 5:00PM during training
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
