CSR Dispatch Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
The CSRs take inbound calls from clients (executives, national account holders) looking to order concrete from various areas. It is a great team environment, so they need people open to learning something new and wants to grow with an amazing company.
CSR Dispatch Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively handle inbound calls from executives and national account holders.
- Customer-focused: Prior experience in customer service, with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Detail-oriented: Capable of accurately processing orders and addressing customer inquiries.
- Team player: Willingness to collaborate and thrive in a supportive team environment.
- Quick learner: Open to learning new processes and systems, with 1-2 weeks of training provided.
- Time management: Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain efficiency during peak call times.
- Basic computer skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office and other order management software.
