Looking for a Quality Inspector, with GMP knowledge to join our team in the Henderson area. Someone who is open to learning & growing with in the company.

Quality Inspector Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.50 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- Checks conformance with established raw ingredient and finished product specifications.
- Performs quality control operations.
- Coordinates QC/compliance objectives with production and other quality unit members.
- Engages in inspections and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. .
- Performs ATP testing as part of cleaning verification.
- Collects representative samples for retains and testing.
- Functions as a line quality inspector ensuring compliance with specifications. • Reports non-compliance to supervisors.
- Coordinates with quality, production, and other managers.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
- In the absence of the employee, responsibilities will be performed by Quality Manager or designee.
Quality Inspector Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or production of consumer goods. Food industry background preferred.
- Some experience or familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) plant safety and OSHA requirements.
- Ability to lift boxes and fill forms.
- Attention to detail, proactiveness, and cooperation with team members.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
