Welder/Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Read and understand blueprints and sketches
- Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto work piece
- Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as shears, flame cutters, band saws and drill presses
- Hammers, chips, and grinds work piece to cut, bend, and straighten metal
- Positions, aligns, fits, and welds together parts
Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:
- Must be able to certify on Flux core welding processes within 30 days of being hired.
- Read and understand blueprints and sketches
- must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Fabricates and assembles structural steel products
- Designs and constructs templates and fixtures
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
